



European programme for education, training, youth and sports that envisages the enhancement of personal and professional development of all citizens, strengthening European identity, sustainable growth, social cohesion, and employability. It supports the work of organisations through European or International partnerships involving a wide range of public and private stakeholders fostering knowledge sharing and innovation.

This internationalisation strategy emphasises the importance of promoting sustainable social development by tailoring initiatives to meet organisational and community needs.
Vision
Our vision is to transform the Mobility Consortium into a key driver of positive social change, by providing third sector organisations with appropriate tools and resources to enhance the quality of adult education.

The Consortium
The Mobility Consortium is composed by 8 organizations from the Education and Social Economy Sector that work with adults. All of which are Rede Social de Cascais members.








Eligible participants include organisations involved in formal, informal and non-formal adult education, local and regional public authorities, coordinating bodies and other organisations in the adult education sector, including recognition, validation and certification of competence centres, professional associations, vocational centres, as well as sports and cultural organisations.
Consortium Organisation
Management Group – Composed by one representative from each partner organisation, responsible for supporting all procedures necessary for the implementation of the project.
Consortium Coordinator – Animam Viventem will be responsible for the project coordination with funding entities and operational management.
Pedagogical Coordinator – Rede Social de Cascais will be responsible for thematic and pedagogical coordination within the consortium, organising working sessions and focus groups to prepare mobilities, share and disseminate acquired knowledge, and carry out evaluation activities.
Communication and Dissemination Coordinator – Rede Social de Cascais will be responsible for project dissemination, media office activities, and the production of newsletters to share the mobility project’s results (annually). All consortium/management group members are expected to support dissemination activities.
Quality Coordinator – Animam Viventem will be responsible for coordinating Monitoring and Evaluation procedures. All consortium/management group members are expected to support and ensure the implementation and submission of Monitoring and Evaluation tools.

Enhance organisational capacities to engage in cooperation and networking activities
Foster the development of an intercultural and transnational dimension within organisational practices.
Mobilities should contribute to individual learning,
organisational development, and internationalisation.
Types of Mobility
Participants may be able to spend a certain amount of time at a host organisation in another country, with the aim of learning new practices and gathering fresh ideas through observation and interaction with peers, experts, or other professionals in their daily work at the host organisation.
Participants may spend a certain amount of time teaching or providing training to learners at a host organisation in another country, as a way to learn through performing their tasks and exchanging with peers.
Participants may take part in a structured course or similar training activity delivered by qualified professionals, based on a defined learning programme and pre-set learning outcomes.
